Attention of the members is drawn to By-Law V (10) (iii) of the Malaysian Medical Association which states

"Any member desirous of moving any resolutions at the Annual General Meeting of the Branch shall give notice in writing thereof duly proposed and seconded to the Branch Honorary Secretary not less than twenty-one (21) days before the date of such meeting."
